Narrative:

Flight ord-swf 2 mi outside OM for ILS 9 at swf, cleared for approach, level 3000 ft MSL. Copilot spotted aircraft in captain's left window, same altitude, approximately 300 ft horizontal distance. I dove aircraft as other aircraft made sharp climbing left turn. Other aircraft was single engine, low wing. He appeared to be heading approximately 110 degree. Time from sighting to evasive action approximately 1 second. 3 passenger later commented on proximity of aircraft. Cabin crew and passenger were unaware of evasive action -- no injuries. Orange county airport, small uncontrolled field, is slightly north of neely. Swf tower controller suspected this aircraft was in some sort of pattern for orange county.
