Narrative:

First TCASII RA: we were level at 3000 ATC called traffic. We saw a small small aircraft and continued at 3000. As we got closer TCASII gave us a climb call with the green arc at 2500 FPM. We started a climb at about 3400 ft we were clear of traffic and we returned to 3000 ft. Second TCASII RA: about 9 mins later we were on a wide right downwind for 34 at hpn and we got a similar TCASII alert. We climbed to about 3400 then returned to 3000. We notified ATC nothing more was said.

Title: COMMUTER MDT ALTDEV EXCURSION FROM CLRNC ALT IN RESPONSE TO TCASII RA.

Narrative: FIRST TCASII RA: WE WERE LEVEL AT 3000 ATC CALLED TFC. WE SAW A SMALL SMA AND CONTINUED AT 3000. AS WE GOT CLOSER TCASII GAVE US A CLB CALL WITH THE GREEN ARC AT 2500 FPM. WE STARTED A CLB AT ABOUT 3400 FT WE WERE CLR OF TFC AND WE RETURNED TO 3000 FT. SECOND TCASII RA: ABOUT 9 MINS LATER WE WERE ON A WIDE R DOWNWIND FOR 34 AT HPN AND WE GOT A SIMILAR TCASII ALERT. WE CLBED TO ABOUT 3400 THEN RETURNED TO 3000. WE NOTIFIED ATC NOTHING MORE WAS SAID.
