Narrative:

Departed pdx with #1 generator placarded inoperative. While cruising at FL330 APU flamed out losing APU generator and electrical fuses crossed tied to #2 generator. APU would not restart and we did not desire to descend on present course due to WX. Checked WX at several possible diversion airports hln was selected 100 NM north of present position. Hln was VFR. Company dispatch was notified and they concurred. Flight completed and landing at hln without further complications.
