Narrative:

After gate departure flight attendant informed me some cabin lights were inoperative. We checked circuit breakers -- ok. Left transformer rectifier appeared to be inoperative. MEL allows us to continue with 1 transformer rectifier-2 inoperative. MEL allows us to continue with said cabin lights inoperative. Adequate lighting for flight attendant safety demonstration. At cruise altitude, flight attendant told me none of the 3 lavatory flush motors worked. Circuit breakers ok. No checklist in QRH. Troubleshot system, found ground service bus was not being pwred. Diverted to tul for maintenance.

Title: FLC OF AN MLG DIVERTED TO LAND AFTER THE CABIN LAVATORIES FLUSH MOTOR QUIT WORKING AND SOME CABIN LIGHTS WERE OUT BEYOND THE ACCEPTABLE MEL DEFERRED INOP ITEMS.

Narrative: AFTER GATE DEP FLT ATTENDANT INFORMED ME SOME CABIN LIGHTS WERE INOP. WE CHKED CIRCUIT BREAKERS -- OK. L TRANSFORMER RECTIFIER APPEARED TO BE INOP. MEL ALLOWS US TO CONTINUE WITH 1 TRANSFORMER RECTIFIER-2 INOP. MEL ALLOWS US TO CONTINUE WITH SAID CABIN LIGHTS INOP. ADEQUATE LIGHTING FOR FLT ATTENDANT SAFETY DEMONSTRATION. AT CRUISE ALT, FLT ATTENDANT TOLD ME NONE OF THE 3 LAVATORY FLUSH MOTORS WORKED. CIRCUIT BREAKERS OK. NO CHKLIST IN QRH. TROUBLESHOT SYS, FOUND GND SVC BUS WAS NOT BEING PWRED. DIVERTED TO TUL FOR MAINT.
