Narrative:
After takeoff san carlos airport and right departure and reaching cruise altitude at 1100 ft, I was informed by sql tower that an aircraft was approaching near the knbr radio tower. I couldn't see him. To be sure that any conflict wouldn't happen, I turned right to the north and I got into sfo TCA. Later I was informed that sfo radar was observing me.

Narrative: AFTER TKOF SAN CARLOS ARPT AND R DEP AND REACHING CRUISE ALT AT 1100 FT, I WAS INFORMED BY SQL TWR THAT AN ACFT WAS APCHING NEAR THE KNBR RADIO TWR. I COULDN'T SEE HIM. TO BE SURE THAT ANY CONFLICT WOULDN'T HAPPEN, I TURNED R TO THE N AND I GOT INTO SFO TCA. LATER I WAS INFORMED THAT SFO RADAR WAS OBSERVING ME.
