Narrative:

I was VFR departing out of pwk airport on runway 30R. I announced to the traffic area that I was taxiing onto runway 30R and departing runway 30R. I was flying an small transport with a copilot. Upon reaching around 50 KTS we spotted an light transport taxiing on runway 16 which intersects 30R towards the end. We elected to continue the takeoff since there would not be enough runway left to stop and not run into runway 16. We lifted off at FMC and flew above the light transport which southwest us and stopped at the intersection we overflew him by around 200 ft. After that I announced I was turning eastbound and departing the traffic pattern. He then announced that he was taxiing on runway 16 and would be departing on runway 32.
