Narrative:
3 commercial jets involved. I descended large transport X from FL310 to FL290 to miss large transport Z who I wasn't talking to and was climbing slowly. Behind the large transport Z was large transport Y who was descending to FL310. Large transport X did not level off in time (at FL290) to avoid a conflict with large transport Y. Both pilots saw the other aircraft. Large transport Z did not lose separation at any time.

Title: ARTCC RADAR CTLR HAD LTSS BTWN AN LGT DSNDING AND 1 DSNDING TO ALT VACATED BY THE FIRST LGT.
Narrative: 3 COMMERCIAL JETS INVOLVED. I DSNDED LGT X FROM FL310 TO FL290 TO MISS LGT Z WHO I WASN'T TALKING TO AND WAS CLBING SLOWLY. BEHIND THE LGT Z WAS LGT Y WHO WAS DSNDING TO FL310. LGT X DID NOT LEVEL OFF IN TIME (AT FL290) TO AVOID A CONFLICT WITH LGT Y. BOTH PLTS SAW THE OTHER ACFT. LGT Z DID NOT LOSE SEPARATION AT ANY TIME.
