Narrative:

Calling for clearance, ATC had no flight plan on file. We called dispatch to refile. Clearance came and it was cleared as filed. Flight plan that we had a copy of said iiu then iiu 100 degree 137 NM then hmv. In-flight the controller asked where we were going. We told him. He said that he showed iiu direct tys. We then flew right vectors for tys. I was off frequency making a PA at the time of this discussion with ATC.

Narrative: CALLING FOR CLRNC, ATC HAD NO FLT PLAN ON FILE. WE CALLED DISPATCH TO REFILE. CLRNC CAME AND IT WAS CLRED AS FILED. I WAS OFF FREQ MAKING A PA AT THE TIME OF THIS DISCUSSION WITH ATC.
