Narrative:

Event of 7/sat. When deparing whiteman airport, I requested a frequency change. It was late in coming and I inadvertently entered the burbank area, when I got my frequency change I contacted burbank approach immediately. The tower should have given me a frequency change sooner and I should have been more careful not to enter the arsa.

Narrative: EVENT OF 7/SAT. WHEN DEPARING WHITEMAN ARPT, I REQUESTED A FREQ CHANGE. IT WAS LATE IN COMING AND I INADVERTENTLY ENTERED THE BURBANK AREA, WHEN I GOT MY FREQ CHANGE I CONTACTED BURBANK APCH IMMEDIATELY. THE TWR SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A FREQ CHANGE SOONER AND I SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE CAREFUL NOT TO ENTER THE ARSA.
