Narrative:

I was flying a single engine aircraft above the required 1000' AGL. Apparently a park ranger observed and incorrectly estimated my AGL. He then reported it to the local FAA. As soon as I was notified of his miscalculation, I informed the FAA of the actual situation. I cooperated fully with the FAA, providing all necessary information. I must restate that at all times I was complying with far 91.119.
