Narrative:
MTR X off orf area, handed off to sector 24. Route and flight plan show aircraft going nebound. Rdu inbounds descending and being vectored for intrail. Air carrier Y descended to 150. MTR X actually going wbound, orf departure control assigned a 250 heading and called with handoff. Air carrier Y climbed back to 170 and handoff taken on MTR X. MTR X kept on heading and handed off to #21 for routing.
