Narrative:
A report of repeated far violations by a FBO running a skydive company. The reporter is a private pilot flying for hire that apparently was not paid on a regular basis and is now making this report to divert attention from his actions. Everything in the report was a deliberate act.

Narrative: A RPT OF REPEATED FAR VIOLATIONS BY A FBO RUNNING A SKYDIVE COMPANY. THE RPTR IS A PRIVATE PLT FLYING FOR HIRE THAT APPARENTLY WAS NOT PAID ON A REGULAR BASIS AND IS NOW MAKING THIS RPT TO DIVERT ATTN FROM HIS ACTIONS. EVERYTHING IN THE RPT WAS A DELIBERATE ACT.
