Narrative:

After landing on runway 9R aircraft was told to taxi up to but hold short of runway 9L by tower. During taxiing PIC attitude indicator was acting erratic. I looked down at suction gauge to check volume at same time was told by tower to hold short of runway 9R. Aircraft taxied over hold line. Aircraft was next told cross runway 9L and contact ground for clearance to gate. PIC attention was diverted during taxiing of aircraft, sic attention was directed at doing after landing checklist. I should not have diverted my attention from taxiing the aircraft near a hold short line. Other factors would include pilots mind also being sidetracked by knowing the airline would be suspending operations shortly and what he is going to do for a job.

Narrative: AFTER LNDG ON RWY 9R ACFT WAS TOLD TO TAXI UP TO BUT HOLD SHORT OF RWY 9L BY TWR. DURING TAXIING PIC ATTITUDE INDICATOR WAS ACTING ERRATIC. I LOOKED DOWN AT SUCTION GAUGE TO CHK VOLUME AT SAME TIME WAS TOLD BY TWR TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 9R. ACFT TAXIED OVER HOLD LINE. ACFT WAS NEXT TOLD CROSS RWY 9L AND CONTACT GND FOR CLRNC TO GATE. PIC ATTN WAS DIVERTED DURING TAXIING OF ACFT, SIC ATTN WAS DIRECTED AT DOING AFTER LNDG CHKLIST. I SHOULD NOT HAVE DIVERTED MY ATTN FROM TAXIING THE ACFT NEAR A HOLD SHORT LINE. OTHER FACTORS WOULD INCLUDE PLTS MIND ALSO BEING SIDETRACKED BY KNOWING THE AIRLINE WOULD BE SUSPENDING OPS SHORTLY AND WHAT HE IS GOING TO DO FOR A JOB.
