Narrative:
I flew from wilmington direct to summit. Then I flew to cecil county. I realized my INS were not working properly and I had a strong tailwind. As I was flying back to wilmington. I flew by wilmington and realized I was lost, so I called phl approach for assistance. I was helped back to wilmington.

Narrative: I FLEW FROM WILMINGTON DIRECT TO SUMMIT. THEN I FLEW TO CECIL COUNTY. I REALIZED MY INS WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND I HAD A STRONG TAILWIND. AS I WAS FLYING BACK TO WILMINGTON. I FLEW BY WILMINGTON AND REALIZED I WAS LOST, SO I CALLED PHL APCH FOR ASSISTANCE. I WAS HELPED BACK TO WILMINGTON.
