Narrative:

Climbed 1200' from assigned altitude due to TCASII conflict resolution. Our TCASII gave climb instructions. Our company policy is to follow TCASII instructions. TCASII indicated an aircraft climbing through 8000' MSL and that we were within 700' as we began our climb.

Narrative: CLIMBED 1200' FROM ASSIGNED ALT DUE TO TCASII CONFLICT RESOLUTION. OUR TCASII GAVE CLB INSTRUCTIONS. OUR COMPANY POLICY IS TO FOLLOW TCASII INSTRUCTIONS. TCASII INDICATED AN ACFT CLBING THROUGH 8000' MSL AND THAT WE WERE WITHIN 700' AS WE BEGAN OUR CLB.
