Narrative:

Passenger collapsed in rear galley--cold, clammy, erratic blood pressure, weak breathing. Doctor on board. Asked for priority handling due to medical emergency on board (flying red eye sfo to clt). Advised company, etc. Had to forcefully remind clt approach of medical emergency--declined a turn away from airport. Kept speed up. Approach control broke 2 aircraft off of approach and cleared us to land. Landed west/O further incidence. Clt approach could have been busy or not gotten word.
