Narrative:
Atx X was released for departure of jhw. I missed part of his readback and he stated runway 25. I thought the pilot was departing of runway 7. Atx Y was inbound to jhw for runway 7. Atx X ended up 500' and 5 mi from atx Y for a non-radar departure I needed to ensure sep by placing atx X on a departure heading and did not do so. From now on I will listen to the readbacks more closely.

Title: ATX X HAD LESS THAN STANDARD NON RADAR SEPARATION FROM ATX Y. SYSTEM ERROR.
Narrative: ATX X WAS RELEASED FOR DEP OF JHW. I MISSED PART OF HIS READBACK AND HE STATED RWY 25. I THOUGHT THE PLT WAS DEPARTING OF RWY 7. ATX Y WAS INBND TO JHW FOR RWY 7. ATX X ENDED UP 500' AND 5 MI FROM ATX Y FOR A NON-RADAR DEP I NEEDED TO ENSURE SEP BY PLACING ATX X ON A DEP HDG AND DID NOT DO SO. FROM NOW ON I WILL LISTEN TO THE READBACKS MORE CLOSELY.
