Narrative:

There was a strong carbon monoxide smell in the cabin about thirty minutes into the flight. The flight attendants and flight deck detected it. I; flight attendant 2; began to feel like I was getting a headache and I tasted a metallic taste in my mouth. The flight crew called back and asked if we smelled anything because they were experiencing the same symptoms. The captain then made the decision to turn around and go back to ZZZ. The entire crew was taken to hospital for testing. The #2; #4 flight attendants and the first officer were released 3 hours later; but the captain and #1 flight attendant remained.
