Narrative:
Ramp loaded [package] item containing dry ice with live animal in same end of aircraft. [Company system] allowed ramp to final the [load plan] with that loading. Aircraft had to return to blocks to move the dry ice to a rear pit. Note: when ramp called load planner for live animal airspace check; ramp was told that the dry ice must be loaded aft; live animal forward. Ramp failed to comply.
