Visual runway 15; 3;500 MSL; pop up traffic; TCAS TA; tower sounded very concerned; TCAS RA 'climb' to go around. Tower notified approach; vectors provided to runway 8 ILS. Good work by ATC. Until another TCAS approaching silex; this time 'descend' then I saw a C-150 quite close; then behind. Landing uneventful.
