Narrative:
During the jonze arrival for runway 18R [and] descending through 6;000 feet; we encountered wake turbulence causing autopilot disengagement and banking more than 30 degrees. Sudden over-banking and autopilot disengagement. Descent through the wake of arriving aircraft. Continue manual flight until positive clear of area of wake. [I suggest] better ATC separation.
