Narrative:
I called right downwind 26 due to extensive radio traffic. The same unicom frequency was in use by at least 5 other airports within radio range. Also, there was an extensive amount of horseplay on 122.8; e.g., quacking ducks, drunken pilots, personal messages and static. At time of near miss small aircraft Y passed directly under us, small aircraft X, in what appeared to be a side slip.
