Narrative:

After flight departed ZZZ for ZZZ1 I received a call from ZZZ operations stating that a shipment of hazmat had been loaded in PIT3 although the shipment was not on the [dangerous goods form] to be loaded and ZZZ1 was not the correct destination for the shipment. When I questioned the caller she was unable to confirm what the exact hazmat was. Her response was only that it was 3 pieces and it was 'aircraft parts'. She informed me that the paperwork she had was the 3rd copy and was not readable as to the exact hazmat.
