Narrative:
I was shipping a tool kit. The order was not labeled as hazmat in [the system]; no hazmat markings on box or paperwork showed to make me aware part was a problem. The person who gave me the part put the electrical cord inside. Due to human error I missed the secondary part that was not ordered but is part of the kit that was hazmat.
