Narrative:

On 9/90 I informed scheduling that I would exceed 34 hours in 7 days as per scheduled flight time in the monthly bid lines. Scheduling then revised my flight time by using canned flight plan time (flight tie filed with ATC) instead of scheduled flight time. By using canned flight plan time I became legal to fly by flight schedules standards.

Title: SCHEDULING PROBLEM ON PART 135 OPERATION. COMPANY USES FLT PLAN TIME TO CREATE 'LEGAL' HOURS.

Narrative: ON 9/90 I INFORMED SCHEDULING THAT I WOULD EXCEED 34 HRS IN 7 DAYS AS PER SCHEDULED FLT TIME IN THE MONTHLY BID LINES. SCHEDULING THEN REVISED MY FLT TIME BY USING CANNED FLT PLAN TIME (FLT TIE FILED WITH ATC) INSTEAD OF SCHEDULED FLT TIME. BY USING CANNED FLT PLAN TIME I BECAME LEGAL TO FLY BY FLT SCHEDULES STANDARDS.
