Narrative:

We were cleared by the tower to land straight-in from 5-PLUS mi out on runway 14. On the way in we heard tower instruct another aircraft to hold short of runway 19. As we approached we saw a single-engine low-wing aircraft Y stopped on the approach end of runway 14 facing the approach end of runway 19. The pilot of the intruding plane Y apparently was not familiar with the airport, should not have xed onto runway 14, to say nothing of eye-balling landing traffic. In as much as my clearance to land was not rescinded, my plan was to continue and land on the more than ample runway beyond. But the decision of my pilot friend (PIC) in the right seat prevailed, and I went around instead.
