Narrative:

My student and I were in the process of practicing touch and go's at leesburg airport using runway 35 right traffic. While on downwind we heard traffic call downwind as well. I quickly scanned all around and found the small aircraft Z at 4 O'clock, extremely close. He ha departed the airport and had cut inside of us on downwind. He proceeded to do an outrageous rolling right turn to final. In my opinion the individual should be contacted, reprimanded and possibly have his license suspended.

Title: CLOSE PROX 2 GA SMA ACFT IN TRAFFIC AT TYO.

Narrative: MY STUDENT AND I WERE IN THE PROCESS OF PRACTICING TOUCH AND GO'S AT LEESBURG ARPT USING RWY 35 RIGHT TFC. WHILE ON DOWNWIND WE HEARD TFC CALL DOWNWIND AS WELL. I QUICKLY SCANNED ALL AROUND AND FOUND THE SMA Z AT 4 O'CLOCK, EXTREMELY CLOSE. HE HA DEPARTED THE ARPT AND HAD CUT INSIDE OF US ON DOWNWIND. HE PROCEEDED TO DO AN OUTRAGEOUS ROLLING RIGHT TURN TO FINAL. IN MY OPINION THE INDIVIDUAL SHOULD BE CONTACTED, REPRIMANDED AND POSSIBLY HAVE HIS LICENSE SUSPENDED.
