Narrative:

While executing a missed visual approach to runway 13 in a 15 knot crosswind (wind was about 180 at 10-15 knots) the aircraft drifted left of runway 13 centerline. Not really unusual for this aircraft with its power with a right crosswind for it to drift slightly left. What happened next is we almost hit a unlit tower about 150 ft. Left of centerline with the left wing. (We may have missed it by 20 ft.). It looks like the airport placed a 40 ft. Tower on top of a 50 ft. Building that is made out of heavy steel and it has no lights on it at all. While taxiing around the airport and walking around the airport; we noticed there are construction cones all over the place. We checked the airport's NOTAMS twice and there is nothing for unlit tower or of the construction cones. This is an accident waiting to kill someone.
