Narrative:

Light transport came to me from bay approach climbing to 15000'. I had traffic at 14000' northbound so I stopped light transport at 13000' and coordinated with bay approach. Light transport came within 3 mi of medium large transport same altitude. Although sector 12 has control of data block, I (35) happened to be talking to him. I climbed light transport to FL250 and gave him 250 degree heading. I turned medium large transport to 180 degree heading. He said that he was already on 180 degree heading. I turned him to 160 degree heading and switched him to sector 12 frequency when light transport was out of 14000'.
