The ord TCA is too busy to have the wrong aircraft fly headings and altitudes intended for a different aircraft. This is an everyday schedule at ord for midday. The ord controller said, 'YYY394, turn right to heading 140 degrees.' after the turn was started the controller said, 'YYY394, turn back left to heading 080 degrees,' and then gave XXX394 140 degree heading.

Narrative: MARKETING DEP SCHEDULES 3 FLTS INTO ORD WITH VERY SIMILAR CALL SIGNS: XXX394, YYY394, YYY395. THE ORD TCA IS TOO BUSY TO HAVE THE WRONG ACFT FLY HDGS AND ALTS INTENDED FOR A DIFFERENT ACFT. THIS IS AN EVERYDAY SCHEDULE AT ORD FOR MIDDAY. THE ORD CTLR SAID, 'YYY394, TURN RIGHT TO HDG 140 DEGS.' AFTER THE TURN WAS STARTED THE CTLR SAID, 'YYY394, TURN BACK LEFT TO HDG 080 DEGS,' AND THEN GAVE XXX394 140 DEG HDG.
