Narrative:

Air carrier X isp to fll working ZBW sardi sector climbing to FL190 pointed out to ZNY manta sector. Manta sector was told that air carrier X was deviating right due to WX. Manta sector had traffic at FL190, so air carrier X was reclred to FL180. Manta neglected to point out aircraft Y climbing sebnd. When C/a activated, both aircraft were at approximately 17500' climbing. Air carrier X was descending back to 17000' and given traffic. Problem in communications between ZBW sardi and ZNY manta sectors.

Narrative: ACR X ISP TO FLL WORKING ZBW SARDI SECTOR CLBING TO FL190 POINTED OUT TO ZNY MANTA SECTOR. MANTA SECTOR WAS TOLD THAT ACR X WAS DEVIATING RIGHT DUE TO WX. MANTA SECTOR HAD TFC AT FL190, SO ACR X WAS RECLRED TO FL180. MANTA NEGLECTED TO POINT OUT ACFT Y CLBING SEBND. WHEN C/A ACTIVATED, BOTH ACFT WERE AT APPROX 17500' CLBING. ACR X WAS DSNDING BACK TO 17000' AND GIVEN TFC. PROB IN COMS BTWN ZBW SARDI AND ZNY MANTA SECTORS.
