Narrative:
We were a delayed outbound from a delayed inbound aircraft. Once we got on board and the ramp agent brought us our [load report]; it showed 50 bags in for fwd and 242 lbs of cargo also in the fwd. Nothing in the aft. See attached photo. The ramp agent said that there were a couple more gate checked bags; and he would add those electronically and send it to us; then tell us over the headset. So we noted the addition; but didn't write it because they hadn't been added yet. A few minutes later the cargo data came back matching what the ramp agent told us. Upon landing; on my walk around I noticed some bags by the aft cargo area. I grabbed a ramp agent and asked if these were being loaded on; and he said no they just pulled 5 of them off and a stroller. Therefore the [load report] data we flew with was not only wrong on the paper; but the data sent from the ramp agent was also incorrect. Furthermore; upon looking further at the [load report]; the numbers don't add up to 242 lbs of cargo; they add up to 222 lbs.
