Narrative:

We were cleared to taxi to runway 28 in bwi. We had the performance for takeoff for the full length of runway 28. ATC made no mention of an intersection takeoff. The ATIS also said nothing about an intersection takeoff. After we took off uneventfully we realized that we had actually taken off from runway 28 at taxiway C.
