Narrative:
I was a radar controller at the kubbs sector inbound to ord, vectoring in, vectoring out and maintaining a holding stack of 7 aircraft. An large transport was cleared through the altitude of medium large transport while in the hold pattern causing loss of sep. There were 3 sets of similar call sings on the frequency.

Title: ARTCC RADAR CTLR DESCENDED AN ACFT THROUGH AN ALT OF ANOTHER ACFT WHILE BOTH ACFT WERE IN THE HOLDING PATTERN. THE ACFT PASSED WITH LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION.
Narrative: I WAS A RADAR CTLR AT THE KUBBS SECTOR INBND TO ORD, VECTORING IN, VECTORING OUT AND MAINTAINING A HOLDING STACK OF 7 ACFT. AN LGT WAS CLRED THROUGH THE ALT OF MLG WHILE IN THE HOLD PATTERN CAUSING LOSS OF SEP. THERE WERE 3 SETS OF SIMILAR CALL SINGS ON THE FREQ.
