1XX:26:08, air carrier X was cleared to descend to 7120. Xx:27:06, aircraft Y initial call over mie requesting IFR clearance. Xx:28:16, air carrier X was cleared to maintain 130. Air carrier X did not acknowledge for the clearance. Xx:29:09, aircraft Y was advised to squawk code XXXY. Xx:29:41, aircraft Y was radar idented and issued IFR clearance to maintain 120. Xx:30:26, aircraft Y reported level at 120. Xx:31:24 aedp activated. Xx:31:29, air carrier X was turned right to a 270 degree heading and advised that he had traffic off his left at 120.
