Teb-uca flight. After departure from teb climbed to 1500'. After crossing pnj northbound, climbed to 2700' below 3000' sector of TCA. Course 350 degrees. Sighted light transport about 10 O'clock, apparently level at 3000'. Passed just above. Theoretically 300' vertical sep but appeared less than that.
