Narrative:

We were inbound to clt, planning on using the 'shine one arrival'. The controller cleared our aircraft to shine intersection, direct, via our omegas. At that time the captain and first officer noticed they had different coordinates for shine intersection in their respective omegas. The captain's coordinates were those that were printed on the approach plate (N35 34.3 W081 37.2) and the first officer's coordinates were those printed on the company's release. This occurred approximately 40 mi north of shine intersection. The captain asked ATC to verify the correct coordinates. The correct coordinates were those printed on the STAR, and not those on the company release. The first officer's omega coordinates were corrected. This correction, however, resulted in no significant course change. In fact, I did not notice a course correction at all; it was not necessary. Nothing further occurred except the captain notified the company so they could correct the problem for future releases.

Title: DIFFERENT COORDINATES USED FOR SAME CHECK POINT. FLT PLAN COORDINATES IN ERROR.

Narrative: WE WERE INBND TO CLT, PLANNING ON USING THE 'SHINE ONE ARR'. THE CTLR CLRED OUR ACFT TO SHINE INTXN, DIRECT, VIA OUR OMEGAS. AT THAT TIME THE CAPT AND F/O NOTICED THEY HAD DIFFERENT COORDINATES FOR SHINE INTXN IN THEIR RESPECTIVE OMEGAS. THE CAPT'S COORDINATES WERE THOSE THAT WERE PRINTED ON THE APCH PLATE (N35 34.3 W081 37.2) AND THE F/O'S COORDINATES WERE THOSE PRINTED ON THE COMPANY'S RELEASE. THIS OCCURRED APPROX 40 MI N OF SHINE INTXN. THE CAPT ASKED ATC TO VERIFY THE CORRECT COORDINATES. THE CORRECT COORDINATES WERE THOSE PRINTED ON THE STAR, AND NOT THOSE ON THE COMPANY RELEASE. THE F/O'S OMEGA COORDINATES WERE CORRECTED. THIS CORRECTION, HOWEVER, RESULTED IN NO SIGNIFICANT COURSE CHANGE. IN FACT, I DID NOT NOTICE A COURSE CORRECTION AT ALL; IT WAS NOT NECESSARY. NOTHING FURTHER OCCURRED EXCEPT THE CAPT NOTIFIED THE COMPANY SO THEY COULD CORRECT THE PROB FOR FUTURE RELEASES.
