Narrative:

Propellers cross grace intersection at 8000 ft per LOA. Got approval from pit approach to clear one in at 9000 ft, because they weren't busy and it saved a vector. I put 9000 ft in the data block, but issued 8000 ft and didn't catch it. I even issued traffic to the aircraft. I guess I gave him 8000 ft out of habit and never caught the readback.
