Narrative:

This is my report regarding flight xx on feb/fri/90. I made an ILS approach runway 8 at marquette, mi. Approach minimums are 200' and 1/2 mi. FSS advised me that the WX was 200' ceiling, 1/2 mi visibility with light snow and blowing snow, winds 030 at 12 KTS. No gusts reported, and braking action poor. After touchdown, a strong gust of blowing snow reduced visibility to zero. Aircraft left runway at approximately taxiway B. No injuries reported. After the passenger were deplaned and the aircraft secured, I returned to the runway and in my opinion the runway condition was less than poor due to sliding and skidding action of the truck I was driving in.
