Narrative:

On down wind I went thru gump check out loud and did not check wheel down on my side, passenger did not check his side. I turned on final, slowed to 70 KTS just before T/D, power was pull to idle (approximately 400 RPM). The flare was good and it landed on it's belly. There was no gear up warning horn. Plane was jacked up wheels dropped and towed to parking space. Only visible damage was to the tips of the propeller. Very smooth landing, nobody shaken up or hurt.
