Narrative:
We were told by ground control to hold pushback and give way to air carrier Y jet on inner taxiway. We told our ground-pushback crew to give way to air carrier Y behind. Ground-pushback crew said 'roger,' and pushed us out to inner, blocking air carrier Y jet. We said stop 4 times before they stopped us. Factors: crew's lack of english (ground personnel), and loud noise from engines over interphone, making communication difficult. Not even close to accident, but contrary to ground clearance.

Narrative: WE WERE TOLD BY GND CTL TO HOLD PUSHBACK AND GIVE WAY TO ACR Y JET ON INNER TXWY. WE TOLD OUR GND-PUSHBACK CREW TO GIVE WAY TO ACR Y BEHIND. GND-PUSHBACK CREW SAID 'ROGER,' AND PUSHED US OUT TO INNER, BLOCKING ACR Y JET. WE SAID STOP 4 TIMES BEFORE THEY STOPPED US. FACTORS: CREW'S LACK OF ENGLISH (GND PERSONNEL), AND LOUD NOISE FROM ENGS OVER INTERPHONE, MAKING COM DIFFICULT. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO ACCIDENT, BUT CONTRARY TO GND CLRNC.
