Narrative: On approach transitioning from flaps 15 to 20 received TE Edge flap disagree message on EICAS. We leveled off at 5000 feet and 180 kts. [Advised ATC] and ran checklist. Landed uneventfully approximately 15 minutes later with flaps 20.
