Narrative:

Aircraft returned to field for #1 engine feathering uncommanded on take-off. The discrepancy occurred at xa:30 and when I came on duty at xj:00 I called maintenance for an update. They reported that they inspected #1 engine wire harness; pla (power level angle); cla (condition lever angle) micro switches and replaced the #2 tscu (torque signal conditioning unit) and ops check was satisfactory. I entered the data into our operating system. This same issue reoccurred on a later date.
