Narrative:

I was working the radar position on sector 46 at ZKC. A military bmb reported point hotel on IR502. I acknowledged the report and advised him of the top altimeter. Approximately 10 min later, I cancelled the data block. The 66 radar controllers do not utilize the data block for IR502. The ntap indicates that a cancel fp was entered which would have removed all flight plan information on the aircraft. I do not recall entering the fp portion of the message. I only recall cancelling the data block. When the flight plan was removed, all information on the flight was pulled from ZMP and ZDV. The aircraft violated both memphis and denver.
