Narrative:

Ord departure control cleared aircraft to 15000', 230 KTS. Captain read back clearance as such. Controller acknowledged. When climbing past 13800', controller called back and told us we should have leveled at 13000', which we did. No conflict occurred. Our flight # was cai, and theirs was hai on same frequency. Both sound alike when spoken over radio. I think controller thought hai read back clearance instead of cai.
