Narrative:
En route we received a level 2 'fuel qty fault' message. It was identified as situation 2 due to tank 2 being 'X'ed on the system display (sd). We ran the checklist which had us put the fuel system into manual. During the flight; we received a level 2 'fuel off schedule' message. The captain was rescheduling the fuel from the upper aux tank into tanks 1; 2; and 3 manually with the fill valves. While doing this; he accidentally pushed the fuel pump switch; turning off the boost pump to engine number 2. He couldn't see this due to the positioning of his right hand pushing the fill valves. I looked up and noticed the fuel pump was off. At that point I queried the captain asking if he meant to turn it off. He replied he didn't and either he or I turned it back on. I then looked at the engine 2 gauges and noticed they were rolling back. I mentioned it to the captain and he initially pushed the eng ignition ovrd switch and the engine relit. This was followed by a level 2 EICAS message 'select fadec altn'. We pulled out the QRH and ran the appropriate checklist. The aircraft returned to a normal state and we continued the flight without further interruption.
