Narrative:

On previous flight same aircraft; totalizer showed over fueled but truck pumped 53 gallons less than calculated. On this flight; totalizer showed over fueled by 100 pounds. Truck pumped 30 gallons less than calculated. Discrepancy between truck amount and totalizer amount was 45 gallons. Flight operations manual (fom) procedures are a bit unclear. In all cases the alternative method (sticking the tank) has yielded another value which does not agree with either truck or totalizer. What is the procedure in such a case?
