Spc X climbed through the airspace of sector 26 (low altitude) west/O a pointout from zjc. Aircraft entered sector 26 out of FL200 climbing to high altitude. Sector 35 called sector 26 to ask if he could turn aircraft. I said 'who?', then I saw limited data block.

Narrative: SPC X CLBED THROUGH THE AIRSPACE OF SECTOR 26 (LOW ALT) W/O A POINTOUT FROM ZJC. ACFT ENTERED SECTOR 26 OUT OF FL200 CLBING TO HIGH ALT. SECTOR 35 CALLED SECTOR 26 TO ASK IF HE COULD TURN ACFT. I SAID 'WHO?', THEN I SAW LIMITED DATA BLOCK.
