Narrative:

At XA03 I began working radar at eug approach. The sector was combined with no handoff man. As traffic began to build up, I requested a handoff person. Before I could brief the handoff controller, an aircraft I had on a radar vector for an ILS at cvo crossed into seattle center's airspace without a handoff or pointout. Prior to the deviation I lost the data block on the aircraft. I believe this was a contributing factor since I was busy and did not notice the loss of data.
