Narrative:

The problem was discovered when ZKC advised ict tower that small transport X was allowed to enter the wrong receiving controller's airspace. No evasive actions were required. The major factor I believe is improper and false data on the FIDO strip. Small transport X route was bec ict rap. Handwritten on the strip by clearance delivery was the destination (a common practice) rapid city (rap), ia. Though rap is really rapid city, sd. Clearance delivery is assigned no control responsibility so I've been told the deviation falls upon my responsibility, resulting in my decertification.
